My Practice.

  • Covering workers compensation issues

If you have suffered an injury while working, you may be entitled to receive benefits in the way of workers compensation. Depending on the facts of your case, the following may be covered:

    • Total Disability and/or Partial

    • Disability Permanent injury/loss of use

    • Medical treatment

Injuries can be sudden, or develop over time. In his practice, Attorney Welsh has represented clients who have suffered both sudden harm and repetitive trauma/stress injuries.

Often work can aggravate or exacerbate a pre-existing condition. Insurance companies often deny these claims, but where work aggravates or exacerbates a pre-existing condition, often the diagnosis and treatment are covered under the law.

Mr. Welsh works to see that the employer and/or insurer provides those benefits required by law. They include, but are not limited to, the right of an injured worker to chose his or her treating physician, as well as secure the diagnostic tests requested by physicians to assist them in their diagnoses and treatment of their patients and our clients.

Attorney Welsh has extensive experience litigating workers compensation claims against insurance companies and employers throughout the state.

Mr. Welsh can litigate your new or existing claim to force employers and/or their insurers to live up to their obligations under the law.

Mr. Welsh has extensive experience negotiating lump sum settlements involving both new existing claims including those claims where injured workers are or soon will be on Medicare where a Medicare Set Aside (MSA) account is preferable. Please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Welsh with your work injury case – he is here to help.
